Check the driver side foot well carpet, is it wet or a little bit wet ? It can be the heater core hose's o-ring leak. I had that and dealer replaced the whole heater core including the o-ring instead of the o-ring itself. This was because I had the extended warranty, so I didn't mind.
Take a look at the pipes going into the heater core while the car is running. The heater core is located behind the center console (radio). You have to remove the driver side kick panel (plastic), then pull up the carpet and remove the black plastic panel to the left of the center console. You then see the heater core assembly and the pipes going into the heater core.
