Hi fellas,

I've a 2001 V70 T5 AT for 3 years. Good car for the money. The car haven't had any problems (besides well known glovebox rattle and transmission software issues) so far.

I've got 26Kmiles and suddenly decided to check the tranny fluid ;-) Weren't able to locate a dipstick though... any good suggestions on where is it on P2 ?

Also I don't have conditions (garage) and/or willingness to DIY maintenance (yeah, I know it's bad) but could you guys suggest me an estimate on how much money and how many labor hours the dealer can charge on tranny flush ? Just a ballpark will do. North Virginia.

Oh, one more thin - recently the rear sprinklers failed (rear wiper goes fine). It might be just a clog but I don't hear any motor sound when staying in the back and listening to sprinkle attempt. Where's the rear sprinkler motor located ?

the tranny dipstick is in front of the radiator(right side, looking from the front of the car). Has a yellow holder at the top. Easier to spot if you remove the black plastic piece over the throttle linkage.

The rear sprayer is connected to a t-valve, that commonly fails and needs replacement. It's foung in the area of the upper right tail light.

I see the dipstick now but... I can't reach it without removing the plastic, damn it %-) is it a kghmm... feature (so that morons like me don't stick the nose in there) or a design bug ?
