Coolant change S70 1998

I have a 98 S70 non-turbo, automatic tranny and I'm thinking of attempting a coolant flush/change myself. I used to do my own coolant flush/change on my 240's which was really easy. I don't know if the previous owner changed the coolant when he owned this car.

Is this difficult to do and what procedure should I use? Also should I replace my thermostat too?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

    See:

    for general instructions.

I'd change the thermostat. $12 and they go at about 70K miles
(have an 850 and a 98 S70 and thermostat failed at 75K and
    65K, respectivly).

My coolant still looks fine so I've just topped it off.
