850 - Wiper Arm Problem 850 1997

The winshield wiper on the passenger side is not working. Before I start tearing things apart, maybe someone can help me with where to start...

Are the wiper motors separately fused?
Is there an easy access point to test that power is getting to the motor?

And if it comes to it - how difficult is it to replace the wiper motor?

Have you tried tighting the nut where the wiper arm attaches to the motor ? We have this problem occasionally and it is a loose nut. Fixes it every time.
