Break Light Problem S70 1997

I have a 97 S70 2.0T. When I press the braak, the bulb light signal on dash was flashing sometimes. I have checked all light bulbs and they are fine. Any comments....

    My 2000 SE had the exact problem. It is your brake switch which is starting to fail. Have it replaced and the problem will disappear.

    There are lots of historical 'minor' issues with rear bulbs in the S70's (and some other Volvos. It is typically a result of a poor connection between the socket and the bulb, where the connection point loosens or softens over time. And yes, it can be very intermittent. Most can be fixed by just replacing the bulb (s).
