The rains have started in So. Cal. and last week my two wiper blades crashed into each other as I was heading up Rt. 5. No damage done but they got all off-kilter. I reset the bolts with a 13mm wrench and everything's fine now. I post this just as a word of caution---you might want to see that those bolts that hold the wiper arms to the motor are tight.

Right. This seems to be a common problem. I recommend putting some Loctite on the retaining nuts.
