check engine light/transmission fault code 850

My check engine light came on last night on my '94 850 wagon. I plugged in to the A-2 socket and got a 1-1-1 code. I then switched to the A-1 socket and got a 1-1-4 and 1-3-4 fault code, which are 'program selector open circuit or short circuit' and 'incorrect load signal'. I've done some searching, the 1-1-4 sounds like the econ/sport switch but i can't find any info on the 1-3-4 code. I cleared the codes but the check engine light came on again right away. Does anyone have any ideas? Car is running fine. No tranny slips, no flashing arrow. tranny flushed less than 20k miles ago.

    Thanks for the info. I just rechecked everything. my 'check engine' light is still on but both the A1 and A2 socket read 1-1-1. Is there a reason the light won't reset? Is there a different socket I should be checking. Looks like I'm spending the rest of the night searching here and and Volvospeed.

    Following info may help you

    DTC 134: INCORRECT LOAD SIGNAL
    1) Load signal from ECM provides information to TCM on torque
    being delivered by engine. If TCM does not register an incoming load
    signal when RPM sensor on transmission gives a signal that input shaft
    RPM is greater than about 600 RPM, DTC 134 will set.
    2) If DTC 134 is set, check for poor terminal contact in
    connectors between TCM and ECM. Also check for an open, short circuit
    to voltage, or short circuit to ground in signal wiring between ECM
    and TCM. If all circuits are okay, connect scan tool to DLC. Ensure
    engine is warm, transmission is in neutral, and A/C is off. Select
    SCROLLING VALUES. Load signal should be about 35. If load signal is
    okay, replace TCM. If load signal is not okay, replace ECM.
