1994 850 ABS problem 850

on my second '94 850 Turbo the ABS light comes on and off w/no apparent reason such as bumbs in road or ignition. Don't want to replace whole unit and have not heard of any 94 ABS failed systems. Can anyone shed light. Also looking for top notch diagnostician and machanic in Danbury CT area.

This first thing to check is for any stored ABS codes with the A3 connector of the diagnostic module. See here for more:

If no codes are present, it is also possible that you have a problem with the electrical part of the ignition switch. See here for more info:
