Sony CD changer 850 1996

Hi can anyone help on this matter I have a sony cd changer and would like to set it up for the head unit that is in my 850 glt not realy to keen on spending money on an alpine changer...

I've seen Sony cd changers in 850s BUT they have their own seperate controller, not done through the OEM head unit. If you already have a cd changer from another car, head unit, it's unlikely that you'll be able to use it unless it has its own seperate controller too.
You can get a cheaper than Volvos Alpine changer with its own controller from Best Buy, Circuit City, Crutchfield or Ebay.
