Hi Folks,

I'm looking for a discount volvo dealer that offers more then noraml 10 to 15% off. I've tried the following dealer in the US:
1.) Volvo of Houston
2.) Borton Volvo
3.) Boston Volvo
4.) Irvine Volvo
5.) FCP Groton
6.) Volvo of Orange county


I live in Southern california, but when I take into account the shipping on approximately 40 to 50 lbs. of brake parts, (ie rotors, pads calipers etc.) from any of these dealers across the US, the savings isn't substantial enough for me to buy from then when I compare it to the price of the local dealer and the sales tax I have to pay here in CA.

Can anyone recommend a volvo dealer that is cheaper then any of these or a retailer/distributor that can get OEM volvo parts at 25% to 40% off retail?

    Swedish Engineering is pretty good out of their Ann Arbor facility. They give VCOA discounts, too I think.

      Anyone got anyone cheaper?

      Swedish engineering is 15% off retail.
      Brentwood Volvo is 20% off retail.

      Anyone else out there around 25%...

        I use www.importpartspec.com if I can, and Brentwood if it HAS to come from a dealer. I've gotten great prices from Brentwood. As much as 30% off sometimes.

    I've lately been ordering OEM parts from Swedish Engineering, in Marietta, Georgia. They have a banner ad on the 'Board, and it mentions they now ship from California.

    I usually use Volvo of Houston for the "real" Volvo stuff. But I bought my last set of rotors from http://www.alloemvolvoparts.com which offers free shipping. Not much savings for me because they're in Trenton, NJ and I'm in the next county over. The rotors I bought were Brembos, I figure if it's good enough for Porsche, it should be good enough for me!
