Car at 145K, extended warranty almost out, what should I get checked?? 850 1997

1997 850 GLT
My extended warranty is almost about to expire. What problems should I look for. I don't want to be surprised by anything after the warranty is up. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

This likely isn't a warranty issue, but you should have already changed your timing belt (either at 60K or 70K intervals - 120K or 140K)
