Compression Readings: 150, 210, 205, 215, 215 850 1993

Is the 150 enough to cause crankcase pressure?? Oil Consumption??

Thanks in advance for your opinions.

It's not good. The next step is to find a shop with a cylinder leak down tester which pressurizes each cylinder under TDC and by doing that, one can determine if it's valves or rings.
Crankcase pressure or blowby? If it's bad rings causing the low compression, then yes.
