Keyless Remote Programming S70 1998

I recently bought a keyless remote "key" off of Ebay. The seller indicated it would work on the 98 S70. What is the procedure to program a keyless remote entry system on a 98 S70?
I tried the procedure used on 850s (turn ignition on 5 times...etc,) and it did not work.
Thanks in advance for any help on this!

It requires a PIN available to Volvo Dealers through the Volvo warranty system- same place they get your radio code. It also requires the PIN to be entered using the VST and programming the remote into the car. '98 is a year that requires a trip to the dealer- expect to pay around half an hour labor for the PIN and programming-

I believe the keyless remote on the '98 can only be programmed by the dealer...
