Dear All
Had a long trip today and then after stopping for a few minutes car would not start not even crank, just a click could be heard. I had been running the a/c as it was very hot and I noticed a lot of moisture dripping from the pipes - possibly on something electric??
I searched on this site and found a lot of 'no start problems', mostly with cars that would crank but not start. Mine doesn't even crank. I have cleaned up the battery earth connection and checked fuses.
Someone mentioned the rev counter sensor, where is it? When I turn the key the rpm guage flicks up then lies dead. I want to test this.
Also, the coolant temp sensor could be culprit. earthing out?? I will test this.
Also, where do I find the relays, is there a starter relay?
If anyone has any suggestions I will try them out, I have a free week and want to sort this one out.
Thanks and I appreciate any help.
