I need to replace the struts and shocks on my 1998 S70 T5M that has just turned 80,000 miles. I don't drive it hard often, and most of my miles are freeway/highway on cruise. I recently put a set of Dunlop SPA2s on it (H rated) so that gives you an idea of what I'm looking for as to a ride.

A friend whose car knowledge I respect recommended Bilsteins and I looked into them (including searching this board) and I think they're what I would like to put on the car. I checked Tire Rack and was unable to find them there (they sell Konis and, I think, another brand). So, does anyone have a line on a place to find a set of Bilsteins with OEM specifications at a killer price?

Also, I am going to have to do the brakes sooner than later. Anyone have any recommendations in that department? Again, I don't drive it that hard, but I am willing to step up to something a bit more capable if it's worth the price.

I ended up getting the Koni adjustable. I really like them, much better than the factory. From what I read they ride a bit softer/comfortable than the Bilstens. Got them really cheap at http://www.tirerack.com ....saved over 300 compared to ipd.com.
