Hi everyone,

Yesterday I unlocked the wagon utilizing the remote, and all doors except the driver's side unlocked. I can lock everything with the remote, but the driver's side never unlocks anymore. Any ideas,

      This happened to my 98 V70 on the passengers. I took the door liner out and it looked like a pin had broken off the plastic actuator. I was able to get it to function by screwing a small (#4) cap screw in to the hole in the moving part of the actuator so that the screw head pushed up the mechanism when energised. This worked but I had to remove the return spring.

      Most likely the REL (Red Evil Lever) is broken, you will find the repair I performed and documented on my wife's V70.
      The previous response has the link to it.
