1. Once you remove the retaining screws/nuts for the speaker grill from the trunk, go to your back seat and lift the grill off.
2. From the back seat you can remove the speaker, I can't remember if there were screws holding the speaker in place but it should be an easy process to remove those.
3. Once you pull the speaker out, you can disconnect the speaker wire plug. You don't need to cut the wires.
4. Now that you have the speaker out, you will see 2 speaker cones. The smaller speaker cone is either the midrange or tweeter and the larger speaker is the bass. Behind each of the speaker cones are round magnets. The smaller one is most likely the one that came loose; it usually falls into the larger cone since the larger magnet attracted it.
5. Just get some epoxy and glue the smaller magnet back into it's holder behind the tweeter/midrange cone. If you examine your other rear speaker (the one that works), you'll see exactly where it belongs.
