results from the dragstrip with my ipd v70 t5 1998 automatic V70-XC70

Hi everyone i went, 3 days ago, to drag test my v70 t5 auto with ipd catback and ecu.By the way here in quebec its still cold (it was about 10 degree celsius)but sunny, since i had a flat tire with my summer tires i had to put back my great wal-mart winter tires.Okay heres the results my best time was 14.4 at 102mph that was with little torque load and a lot of wheelspin im sure i could shave off a tenth or maybe 2 max with good tires.I saw a s70 t5 (auto) that ran 14.98 with 94mph.So the ecu gives a good boost at the high end and it makes the car very fast on the highway at high speeds.Hope that was interesting and see you in 13's. cheers dan.

Try shortening the wastegate actuator rod a few psi higher. That will help you start. I did it on my 98 R wagon, makes a big difference in response. IPD has instructions at their web site.

Great times Dan!!!!

See, a T-5 will smoke a stock Mustang!!!!

Get the DP, (add another 20 HP), and 13.70's would be the norm!

What are your 60 ft times? and 660 times and MPH?

Congrats!

Mike
