How thick is oil pan metal? S70 1999

    There is a product here in Canada called ALL-METAL. It's a liquid paste that dries to a metal finish. I know a scrap yard that would puncture the gas tanks on cars for safety reasons and ALL-METAL with the use of a coin to block the hole would hold up very well as long as the surface was dry and clean upon application. You don't even have to block a leak, so i don't see a problem.
