1993 850 Belt Squeal

the problem started after a timing belt and drive belt replacement. the first time you start it in the morning the belt screeches then chirp chirp chirp for about 30 seconds and then quiet the rest of the day. I replaced the tensioner and the belt, it seemed better but came back after a month. i removed the belt and examined the pulleys, but they all seem to be clean and undamaged. has anyone ever put a little shorter belt?

There are a couple of different serpentine belt sizes, and more than one way to route the belt.

Either of these could be your problem.

If no one here can help you with part #s and advice, I suggest that you try volvospeed, perhaps bay 13 has seen this.
