Judder when braking from 25mph+ V70-XC70

Justhad fitted new front discs and pads (for the 2nd time) and still I am getting a knocking/banging from what appears to be the brakes on gradually braking from 20+mph. It does not happen from any slower than 20mph.

There does not appear to be any problem with wheel balance and it did not happen before the discs were replaced - I have done 400 miles since the refit.

Any Ideas Please?

The rotors on the Volvos are known to be soft, even when new, they can get warpped when torqued with pneumatic wrenches.

If they didn't clean the mating surface on the CV hub it could now have a runout problem. I just new front rotors about 20K ago and now I am starting to get a "little" shutter. The V series brakes are known to be pretty crappy.
Ya may wanna have them check them.
