read the post i placed earlyer --- my radios display reads "off"when you turn it on --- i disconeteced the batt but i didnt the code .... what the muck
is this thang doing?


96 850glt belly up --- 85 740gle still kickin azz.

it worked thanx ..... what caused it to do the "OFF" thing. ... now if i can find out how to check the cam & crank sensors to find why the 854 GLT stalled and wont start .....

You need to leave the radio powered on, with the ignition key in the "1" position (the first click, and turn your headlights off so you don't drain the battery.) After 2-4 hours, it will say "CODe" again, and you can just punch it in and proceed normally.

I think it should be no less than 3 hours, but the procedure is correct.
