Is this an Engine Mount Problem anyone? 850 1995

When i accelerrate i hear a noise, and its gets a litte bit louder the harder i push the car. the noise is not extremely loud, but it sorta is like a popping noise. I'm guessing its an engine mount. I have 150k on my car and i dont think its been replaced before. Also, would anyone know how manyhours of labor a shop would charge for the mount, and how much the mount costs itself? Thanks

    Is the one on IpD the same thing? http://www.ipdusa.com/ProductsList.aspx?subSubCategoryID=198? Its an engine stabilizer mount it says, and i looked up a volvo part on volvoworld.com and it was close to 100, whereas the IPD one is only 26. Will the IPD do the fix?

      The IPD mount shown via your link is the upper engine mount. The price is right. I believe that price quote which you got from Dealer was referred to the lower right engine mount. IPD also sell that one too for about $100. My friend's 94 850 had the lower right engine mount replaced to fix the "clunk" noise during the acceleration from Green light.

    if it is the upper torque mount bushing its a quick fix, if it is the lower engine mount its takes a little longer. The p/n for the upper mount called the torque mount bushing is 9434263, the lower front engine mount is 9135178. I hope that this helps.

    My friend's 94 with more than 100k miles had the similar noise during acceleration from stop. Dealer found the front engine mount was the cause. No more noise after the engine mount replacement.
