Fuel Injector ?Issue? >:( 850 1994

Took off my fuel rail cover today and while replacing (smacking it down to get it to click ), it brought the right-most injector out of its socket I believe so I tightened the rail back down assuming that thats what was wrong. Waited a while, dowsed everything with water because it had pooled at the base of the head and and started her up. Drove a bit, no problems durring, while or right after. Went out there to run an errand two hours later, start the car and check to make sure I won't explode and it turns out I would have! Sh!+ spewing all over the throttle, injector, head, cut the engine. WTF?! Pic shortly if you need one. New injector or more? Please help. -Stu.

Check the fuel pressure regulator (metal cylinder underneath fuel rail, has a vacuum line on front side and fuel return line on rear. To diagnose: remove the vacuum line and see whether gas dribbles out while engine is off, or spews out when engine is on.

My fuel pressure regulator just failed on my '94 850. I got the replacement Bosch part from a German car parts supplier for about half Volvo's price -- and it had the correct Volvo and Bosch part numbers on it!
