Is the pump for the rear window washer located on the fender side of the fluid tank?

It's the under-the-hood one on my '99. I pulled it out and took the bottom off(there is a clip to hold the pump together) One of the gears was stuck to the plate with crap, corrosion. Cleaned the plate surface with Comet, back together and it works like a champ. Better than the $100 bucks the Dlr. wanted. Tom
