I'm a current 850 (standard version) owner. Just wondering from and care maintenance perspective whats required with the GLT model - how how much willl that cost.

thanks.

850 vs 850 GLT 850

Regular 850s and 850 GLTs were practically the same up until 1997 when the low pressure turbo was introduced in the GLTs. If you are talking about the 1997 model, then indeed a bit more servicing is required, such as more frequent oil changes. As for a price quote, I'm afraid I dont' know exactly how much more

850 vs 850 GLT 850

Paul,

I have a 1997 850 GLT Turbo with the Low pressure turbo 2.5 liter. The only thing i do is to be sure the oil is changed at every 3000 miles and i use mobil1 so this may be overkill but the oil is the life blood of the engine and turbo. I have had the tranny fluid flushed also. I have approx 90K miles on teh car and except for the front brakes being hard on rotors and pads the car is no problem at all to maintain. I recently put on cross drilled rotors to see if they will last longer than the stock rotors did.

just keep the oil changed and have fun.

Dan
