Aftermarket Calipers 850

Does anyone know if you can buy Brembo aftermarket calipers for the rear and fromt brakes on my 1994 850 T5?
My rear caliper pistons are seized and i thought i would look into this upgrade.
Thanks
Jeff
PS: I did check the Brembo brake site and they do not have a Volvo option listed on it.

anything is possible with enough $$. the brembos r for ventilated rotors...the rear on our volvo is solid, so it's less than half the thickness compared to the ventilated rotors (like the front). also to consider, the rear brake drum for the emergency hand brake. there's always a way to make it work...but u have think it through. upgrading the front is easier.

another thing to consider...850 is fwd. most of the power and braking is done in the front. that's why volvo opted to make the rear lighter by using non-ventilated discs (which lead to me warping a set of rear rotors, but oh well).

here's what brembo's lotus kit looks like in the front in case u'r wondering...

      Steve,
What mods did you do to make your brembo calipers on the front? You mentioned that you should use the vented rotors with the brembos, are they really loud when you brake or not to bad? Where did you buy them, what is the model number and how much did you pay? You make a lot of valid points. I would forgoe upgrading the rear if i could get more bang for the buck in the front, which makes sense.
      Thanks
      Jeff
PS: Do you have to run 17" rims with this setup or can you use the stock 16" rims and still fit the 15" snow rims on too?

Jeff, Y not just get new OEM calipers w/performance pads & rotors; say brembo or EBC or pagid or Balo(with lots of anti-squel grease). The reason I suggest this is: If those brembo calipers are larger than stock, you will have to upgrade the brake-lines, plus you may need to run 17" rims with the correct offset to prevent problems. IPD has an upgraded caliper/rotor kit but it requires 16" or 17" rims. good luck, bd
