I have a 1998 S70 T5, automatic tranny, and need a turbo timer. Can anyone recommend a good brand that also has a remote start option? Also, radar detectors. Are there good brands? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've had a Valentine1 for a year now and it's saved my ass several times. I've had Bells & Escorts in the past.... and the Valentine get's my vote. It will cost you bout 400, but in the long run it is worth it.

radio shack has good radar detectors. just good as the name brands and usually made by the same people.

for an 850/s-v70, you dont need one. it is watercooled. i've been thinking about the remote start too, but i think it will be a little complicated trying to integrate it with the factory alarm. no idea on detectors. they are illegal here (VA).
