Ventilation system schematics for 850 850

I have a 97 850 t5 and am having a problem with my floor vents remaining locked when setting the ECC. I am asking if anyone has schematics for the system to look at what parts may need to be replaced. I'm not sure if it is the motor because the system shows no fault codes. Please let me know if you have schematics of have any experience with this problem. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

    I have the exact same problem with my 97 850 R. I also believe it is not the motors since I have no fault codes. I also had them replaced 6 months ago. I assume it's a actuator arm but I don't know how to get to it to confirm that.
