Slow Starting 1994 854 Turbo 850 1994

My trusty 850 T is taking a little longer than before to start. It takes about 4-5 seconds of turning before it fires, mainly after it has been sitting for a while. I checked the codes and I'm getting a 213 in the A2 mode. I believe that that has something to do with running rich. I just replaced the front o2 sensor which improved some rough running issues I was having. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

francisira, thanks for the response. I am beginning to think that it is a vacuum leak. The car excelerates strong but then backs off at full throttle. i just have not found where the leak is. The throttle body was cleaned about a year ago and has been maintained throughout the life of the car (105,000 miles)Any usual suspects as to where to find the leak? Thanks
