Will 15" rims (steel with snow tires)from a 760 fit a 2000 V70?

Rear drive rims from 740/760 have different offset than front drive 850/V70 rims and so will not fit. This is per local Volvo dealer when I was looking for steel rims for some snow tires for my 854.
