interior console lights repalcement on 850 850 1996

'96 850 GLT. I have a few lights out on the center console and on the dash. Can these switches be popped out and replaced or does it require pulling console panels and dash? These are the backlit illuminated small switches for moonroof, tracs, etc and for the heated seats, windows in center console.
