EGR Valve Cleaning 850 1994

I have not looked into this too much but have seen Bay13 intructions. Is this harder than it looks, anybody have anything to add onto Bay13 from experience. Any advice would be a great help. Looks like this weekends fix. Thanks -Stu 94 854 w/102k miles.

    EGR Valve Cleaning

    Not too hard to do, and the Bay 13 instructions work fine. The hardest part is getting the back 8mm bolt loose. Be careful to not twist the temp sensor wiring when removing it from the valve. I found the easiest way was to remove the egr valve, then remove the wiring by holding the wiring while turning the valve. I reinstalled the sensor before reinstalling the valve. You can disconnect the other end of the wiring to avoid twisting, but this is a PITA.
