You can get one from any Audi/ VW dealer or from www.parts4vw.com for $40.00+shipping. Igot one from adealer for $45.00 because I did not want to wait.
DO NOT GET ANYTHING CHEAPER - THERE ARE AFTERMARKET RELAYS THAT DO NOT WORK EVEN THAT THEY HAVE SAME P.N.
I got one from a local store specializing in foreign parts - it had same p.n. 3B0 955 531 and read "KAE" - DID NOT WORKED. sO save youself troubles and buy from a dealer (or IPD.)

If you search for the Audi forum you can ask over there. The unit is Bosch, but the one from IPD is like 2X more money than the OEM Audi part(same exact unit!). I think the last I remember hearing on this board....they were selling for under $30USD from a Audi dealer. There may be some info in the archives.....I do remember a post with the Audi part number listed.

They're rumored to be made somewhere in the Black Forest by a little old spectacled German gentleman who is named Robert Bosch.

If you searched the Brickboard archives you MIGHT even be able to find the Bosch p.n. I'd give iPd the extra $$ because they figured out this thing fits and they include a good sheet of instructions, and most of us wouldn't have figured this out in 100 years.
