Yes. I live in Oakland but drive all the way out to Santa Clara to have my 850 serviced. I go to Volpar right off 101. They're open 7-days a week, 10 am to 8pm! I can give you directions if you're interested. I actually used to work on the other side of the freeway from them. I think they're the only Volvo garage that's open 7-days a week in the Bay Area.

They have a full inventory of new and used/salvage parts. They specialize in restoring old volvos (and penta - volvo boat engines) and they know what they're doing. They are a bit pricey at times, but I'm willing to pay a little extra to be able to get my car serviced on the weekends on short-notice.

They also have a tv/vcr and pool table in their waiting room.
