ECU chips mixed up 850 1996

I've got 2 factory chips mixed up, US spec. 850 2.3 Turbo and Euro spec. 850 2.0 T-5. Can I tell just from the serial number on the chips? Or I have to install them back on?? One chip has u5460244 on it and the other has u5230146. Thank you !!

call the parts department of your friendly volvo dealer. they should be able to point out which is which.
