No Start 850 1995

The car is 850 T-5 Automatic.
When the engine have been started and then stopped
it doesn't whant to start again for about 5 or 10 min.
I mean the starter doesn't want to rotate and a lamp
with a pointer forward is flashing.
Do You have any idea what it could be.

Sounds like a PNP switch. Try working the shift lever back and forth from park to low about 25 times this will clean the contacts off in your PNP switch. This will help but you may have to replace the switch. It is a common problem with these Volvoooos.
