Transmission trouble codes 850 1996

Anyone know the meaning of the following codes from ECU #=1F?

TC1-P0705
TC2-P0000

Minutes after getting underway yesterday the CE light came on along with the flashing upshift arrow and car behaved as if the trans were slipping badly. I was at my destination for several hours and it behaved normally after that (CE light, of course, remained on). Pulled these codes this morning and reset the light, but I don't have a listing that includes transmission codes.

    The gear postion sensor needs replacing, sometimes called the PNP (Park/Neutral Position) switch...850s are famous for this repair. The good news is, it's not a failing transmission.

    Here is generic meaning of:

    P0705
    Transmission Range Sensor Circuit malfunction (PRNDL Input)

    Don't know if it's the Volvo meaning.....
