Fault code 1-3-2 ,low or high batt volage ????? 850 1994

Greetings,
Have 94 850 turbo, have fault code 1 3 2, book says low or high batt voltage, does anyone know the cause? this mean the computer getting wrong voltage? alternator NG ? Computer fried ?? anyway to reset computer ?? about same time my gas mileage suddenly decreased about 15 %.
Anyone have insight about this code, greatly appreciated as always,
