Strange odor from ventillation 850 1994

Hi,

Since 2 month (approx.) I have noticed a strange odor comming from ventilation when using heather fan. Seems to be a prestone odor... Can it be a leak in the heather radiator?

850 95, 232000Km

Thanks

Bruno

Howdy,
I have seen this post many a times, It seems that in the passenger side under the hood, there is access to a filter for the ac. something like $24, dont know what the labor cost is. Good luck

What do you mean ? What is the heather core? Do you mean the core of the heather radiator? I appologize for this... maybe it's me having hard time understanding mechanic term.

Thanks

Bruno

The part that the hot water runs through, and is in the path of the air flow. How you get the heat in the car.
