Can someone tell me how many quarts of ATF should I purchase if I plan
to flush my AT? I think I once read 15 quarts was sufficient.

15 is more than needed. The tranny holds 9, but I use 11 to 12 to flush. The 12 works because you can buy 1 gallon containers a little cheaper. If you do 11, then you will have 1 left to top up to the proper mark. I believe the BG machine holds 14.
