Does anyone know of any software that I can keep track of various maint items or repairs for my Volvos please? Thanks in advance.

My daughter made up a simple spreadsheet on Excel that plots all the 5,000 mile intervals for an 850 across the top, and the various services down the side.

Whenever something is maintained or repaired the date and milage can be entered in the approproiate place, then you count ahead the proper interval, such as 30,000 miles, and put the word "DUE" in the appropriate box.

This allows you to see what must be done, when.

Although you could whip something up via notepad, it's easiest to just make a maintenance check sheet on paper and keep it somewhere where you'll see it on occasion IF you're not going by Volvos suggested maintenance schedule listed in your service maintenance book that came with your car.
