Just bought a set of 5 OEM plugs for my 96 854 GLT. It was under $15 for the set. The service writer even reset my service light for me for free! I was pleasantly surprised...seems like it normally costs a 1/2 hour labor just to walk into a dealer's service area!!!!

Funny thing, but through this board I found a parts outlet where I got 5 oem plugs for 1.35 each if I remember correctly--very cheap. It is one of those banner ads on the top. I bought $50 worth of parts I happened to need and the shipping was free.

Yes there are some good dealers out there. (actually service managers - dealers generally are jerks, except for uncle Phil the Pontiac dealer)

I liked mine from the start when I brought in the used 850 I had just gotten and he showed me how to reset service light and looked up radio code and programed the key fob and what that switch above the headlight switch was for (at the time I had not even known rear fog lights existed). All at no charge

He also went over some other things that told me he enjoyed his work and the volvo line. Makes a big difference to me.
