New 855 owner wit a simple question. 850

I just picked up my first 855, a 95. It didn't come with an owners manual. I figured out most switches and buttons however a couple have me stumped. How do I change the outside temp indicator to read farenheit? Also on top of the foglight switch is a little slider, what does it do? Thank you in advance.

the change clock/temp modes, press both of the buttons at the same time and hold it down for a few sec. (the min and hour buttons)...

and the slider switch is the dimmer thing for the dash lights

I know, I know, you probably already knew this (you said it was your first 850, but not necessarily your first Volvo), but I didn't know it when I bought my first Volvo, the fog light switch you refer to is the REAR fog light. Looked around for a couple of days to find out just what the heck it was turning on. While I do have a manual, isn't that like asking directions at a gas station when you're lost? :)

The simple questions are the ones you have answers for. Stop back soon and also check out http://www.volvospeed.com. They to have a super forum support group and just a whole load of Bay 13 tips on repairs and modifications.

This may help.....and it may not, but if you go to the Volvo web site you can see the owners manual for your car, and I think you can even order one....(thats a good idea BTW).
