Good Mechanic in Vancouver, B.C.?

i'm looking to get my rear main seal replaced, and i'm not really up to handling it by myself. can someone reccomend a good Volvo mechanic in the Vancouver area? i'm figuring that Richmond Volvo is charging me almost $90/hr.

any suggestions or personal stories would be greatly appreciated.
