replacing the cable in backrest of power seat 850 1995

my drivers side power seat seat is stuck in the reclined positon. the dealer informed me that it most likely was the cable. can someone walk me through the process?

    This just happened on my wifes 855, passenger side. No one really adjusts the seat, so I just wanted to get it back up, without replacing the cable. Followed the same directions, although I didn't remove the Lumbar knob, and all it took was pushing the cable into the box mechanism on the left side while pushing the back power seat switch forward. I didn't sound nice, but it worked well enough to get it upright again. :)
