I think that the noise I'm hearing is coming from the brakes, which were recently changed.
it's a low vibration during the final two seconds of braking.
Any ideas?

Replaced the rear brakes and a similar problem with one brake dragging and not releasing when i let off the peddle. caused chatter and a vibration. Used some fine sand paper on the rotor's and new pad faces and it fixed the problem, also use a ton of brake lube.

Hi ya,

Which end were changed ?

If its the rears you may need the shims from Volvo or a good amount of copper grease tobe applied. On the fronts check to see if they have been liberally applied with copper grease of their backs. I had a problem just for info where the actual aftermarket pad vibrated in the caliper.
