Replacing speaker grill S60 2001

I am tryint to replace the speaker grill in my rear door. I was able to pull out all the fasteners that hold the door panel in place but can't figure out how to deal with the handle that opens the door. What is the trick to removing this item? I appreciate any and all help.

The handle is part of the door panel on your car, comes off with the panel.
