Rear Brakes, who is using what brand 850

Hello

it is time for a rear brake job and i wanted to see who was using what brands of pads/rotors and how they are holding up.

i have 1997 850 with PBR metal masters and Brembo rotors on front and OEM pads/rotors on rear.

    i use pbr's front and oem rear. brake dust for rear is almost non existent.
    as far as fronts go, its a matter of personal preference. go with the shudder or go with the dust....your choice.

    I go OEM all the way around. If I could find aftermarket exactly like OEM I would do that, but I haven't seen it. I'll put up with brake dust for lack of airplane brake shudder.

      Greetings,

      So what are the OEM rears - my 120000 service just happened and the main dealer told me the disks were rusty but both disks and pads would be okay up to next service when they should be changed.

      I know the fronts are ATE disks/rotors and textar pads - I replaced these recently using the Bay13 website procedures, and would like to do the same for the rears before the next service.
