dtc codes 850 1994

I just checked my dtc codes, cleared them, drove the car and checked and cleared them again. The onlt code that showed up twice was in A2, 145.
I've looked several places and can't find a description of code 145. My check engine light comes on immediately after resetting the codes and starting the engine.
Thanks for your help
Steve

Does it idle rough? That code is "Injector, cylinder 4, faulty signal" so according to what you've posted, the ECU is getting a bad signal from that injector and if so, I'd assume that it'd probably be running rough.
I'd start by checking its connector and if that looks OK (no corrosion, no pins pushed out), you'll then need to check its resistance compared to another with known good resistance. If that seems normal, you'll then need to check wiring between that injector and the ECU and it's be hard to do (if not nearly impossible) correctly w/o a OEM wiring diagram and break-out box (preferred method). If it gets to that point, I'd suggest that you have your dealer check it out.
